Friday through Sunday we serve a set, prix fixe, multi-course menu that incorporates the daily harvest of meat, vegetables, grains, fish, and shellfish from our farms and others in the Hudson Valley.  It is, in short, designed for omnivores and thus unsuitable for vegetarians.

Please mention any allergies or dietary restrictions when making a reservation inquiry.  We do not make any substitutions, but depending on the evening's menu, you may still be able to enjoy dining at Fish & Game.
