We offer the opportunity to enjoy a multi-course, set menu comprised predominantly of food grown, raised, and gathered in Columbia County. Our menu changes with great regularity, a change that occurs in response to the availability of the food grown in our gardens and those of the farmers with whom we work. In an effort to support local agriculture, contribute to healthy land, wildlife management, and develop a cuisine informed by ingredients in our region, our menus incorporate all the bounty the Hudson Valley has to offer.
