The seasonal menu showcases ingredients from the surrounding Hudson Valley, and the bar menu contains goodies like pretzel bread with smoked ham and milk jam, and country pâté with rhubarb kimchi. During summer, however, it's the oysters that catch our attention - specifically Fire River bivalves with summer bean kimchi, hen bits and Cortland apple vinegar.
